I’m Courtney, the brains of the operation here at Obsess Daily! It is here that I share my interests for everything from beauty to fashion to life, in general, with you lovely people! If you call yourself an enthusiast for those sort of things, I’m sure you’ll feel right at home here.

In case you were wondering, here are a few little tidbits about me! I’m a twenty-year-old Georgia girl who is studying for a degree in journalism. While my passions lie in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, my first and truest love is writing. That, by the way, is the short version story of how I got into blogging. I figured there was no use in writing about life’s joys if I didn’t plan to share it.

What about the long story? I thought you might be wondering about that.

Well, it all started on a rainy evening in late June. I had just left a writing job with a company that I adored; but, unfortunately, didn’t feel quite at home at. Feeling a bit bored and a little too alone with my idle hands, I decided that I didn’t want to be done with writing forever. This was something that I was good at–something that I really loved–and just because things don’t always work out doesn’t mean I have to throw in the towel, right?

After much contemplation, I decided to take the plunge and start something in which I could let my passions flow. Thus, Obsess Daily was born!

Since then, this blog has become a sort of public diary for me. Here, we’ll share a few laughs, advice, and some goofy stories along the way. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, I’d be happy to have you along for the ride!
