I’m here today with an awesome do-it-yourself beauty project—a moisturizing sea salt spray! Lately, I have been loving the way that this stuff is making my hair look. It makes me feel like I have had beach blown hair and sun-kissed skin all summer, even though I live nowhere near a beach (cries). This spray is super easy to make and creates perfectly tousled waves that are great for any season!

What You’ll Need:

• 2 cups of warm water
• 1 tbs sea salt
• 1/2 tsp of olive oil
• 1/2 tsp of your favorite hair gel
• 1/4 tsp leave in conditioner
• 1 empty spray bottle

What To Do:

• Add salt to warm water and mix well.
• Stir in olive oil, hair gel, and leave in conditioner.
• Pour solution into the spray bottle and shake.

How To Style:

• Generously spray damp hair with sea salt spray.
• Divide hair into 2-3 sections, depending on thickness and desired look, and braid tightly.
• Allow sections dry then undo the braids.
• Once the braids are removed, spray hair, as needed, while scrunching hair to finish the look.
